What We Collect

  • Contact info (email) — only if you contact us.
  • Diagnostics (crash/error logs) — to fix bugs and improve stability.
  • Optional usage analytics (aggregated, no precise location, no advertising IDs).
  • Content you submit (e.g., feedback form messages).

What We Do Not Collect

  • No precise location, camera roll, contacts, or SMS by default.
  • No third-party advertising SDKs, no behavioral ads.
  • No sale of personal data.

Why We Process Data

  • Provide app functionality and respond to support requests.
  • Improve quality, performance, and accessibility.
  • Fulfill legal obligations (e.g., error logs for security).

Retention

Diagnostics and analytics are retained only as long as necessary for troubleshooting and product improvements, then anonymized or deleted. Support emails are retained for customer service history and compliance.

Children & Families

Our learning apps are kid-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent. Parents/guardians can contact us at support@geezapps.com to review or request deletion of a child’s information.

Your Rights

  • Access, correction, deletion, and portability (where applicable).
  • Withdraw analytics consent (toggle in-app where available) or by email.

Security

Transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), least-privilege access, and periodic key rotation. No sensitive data is stored on device beyond app settings/cache.

Email support@geezapps.com with subject “Data Deletion Request – GeezApps”. Include your app name and the email/receipt used.

We may update this policy as features evolve. Updates are posted here with a new effective date.

Store Disclosures (iOS & Google Play)

iOS (App Store – Privacy Nutrition)

  • Data Linked to You: Contact info (if you email us).
  • Data Not Linked to You: Diagnostics, basic usage analytics.
  • Tracking: We do not use tracking for ads or cross-app profiling.

Android (Google Play – Data Safety)

  • Collected: Diagnostics (crash logs), optional usage analytics; contact info only if you reach out.
  • Shared: No data is shared for advertising; analytics and crash data may be processed by service providers strictly to improve the app.
  • Encryption: Data in transit is encrypted.
  • Deletion: Supported on request via email.

Device Permissions (When Applicable)

  • Internet — content, updates, and support.
  • Notifications (optional) — reminders or updates (you can disable in settings).
  • Microphone/Speaker (learning pronunciation) — optional, on explicit consent.
  • Storage/Cache — save settings and offline assets.

Monetization

  • No third-party ads; if we introduce in-app purchases/subscriptions in the future, they will use App Store / Google Play billing with clear terms and cancellation instructions.

We’re here to help with installation, family/education use, accessibility, or bug reports. For the fastest resolution, include your device model, OS version, and app version. Schools and parents are welcome to request tips for classroom/home learning.

Refunds & Billing

Purchases are managed by the store where you bought the app. For iOS, request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, use Google Play’s order history or contact Google Play support. If you need supporting details (e.g., troubleshooting evidence), email us and we’ll assist.

Parental & School Guidance

  • Kid-friendly content and UI; no third-party ads.
  • Optional audio/voice features can be used under supervision.
  • We can provide simple usage guides for classrooms and home practice.

Data & Privacy Requests

To access or delete data, email support@geezapps.com with the app name and the email or receipt used in the store.
